BRAND HISTORY
Dolores Cortés is the continuation of a family tradition of more than sixty years in the design and manufacture of women's swimsuits, which dates back to a time before the existence of current stretch fabrics, when the designer's mother, Dolores Cortés, designed these garments by hand in the 50's.
After participating in various international fairs, Dolores Cortés began her career in the world of catwalks in 1999 at the Pasarela del Carmen (Valencia), and made her debut at the Gaudí Catwalk in Barcelona with her swimwear collection for summer 2002. In 2007 begins its participation in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid and in 2008 it is invited to participate in the Gran Canaria Moda Cálida catwalk. Since 2010, she has also presented her collections at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim in Miami.
